I purchased the Vella Prestige Age Killer Neck Cream from @goryeocosmetics and I’ve been using it on and off for several months. It’s a rich cream that spreads and sinks in quickly. I’ve experienced no irritation from using it, although I did have something else bothering the sensitive skin of my neck so I quit using this over the month of August in case it was the problem. It turns out that my mask was irritating my jaw line and my body sunscreen was irritating my upper chest.
I wash my face masks with dish soap and extremely hot water, plus I change my masks every day. Now that it’s winter where I live I’m not wearing sunscreen on my body. So the itchy spots are gone and I can test this neck cream in peace.
The texture of the cream is worth mentioning again. I kind of expected a rich cream like this to tug a bit with application but it’s actually so smooth and easily spreadable. It dries down to gentle satin finish and does not pill.
The scent is kind of floral powdery and it reminds me of the little bars of French milled soap that you can find in expensive hotels. The scent dissipates quickly and becomes unnoticeable.
What about results? Unfortunately because I had such a big interruption in my testing period I really cannot say. My hope was to be able to compare before and after pictures, once I had used the cream continuously for 6 weeks. I don’t think I’ll be able to get visible results from what I have left in my little tube. Neck creams are interesting so although this was my first, it definitely won’t be my last!
